Arriving to Ljubljana by plane
Ljubljana Airport is located about 25 km north of the city. The easiest way to get to the hotel is to take shuttle buses, which are located in front of airport terminal (for details see MNJ or PREVOZI MARKUN). The bus will take you directly to the hotel and it cost 9 EUR. Taking taxi from airport is much more expensive (cca. 40 EUR) and price is not even well defined (in any case it is advisable to negotiate in advance).

Summer School
The Summer School will take place on the second floor of Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, University of Ljubljana (Jadranska ulica 19). Building "FIZIKA" is located 2km from the city center.
The easiest way to get there is to take Bus Nr.1 (in direction of Mestni Log). If you will take the bus from "Konzorcji" bus stop (which is closest to city center and next to big shop "Nama") you should get of on the 5th bus stop "Jadranska". On one side you will have 2 buildings with big signs "FIZIKA" (Department of Physics) and "MATEMATIKA" (Department of Mathematics), on other side you will have Institute Jozef Stefan Institute. Note that in Ljubljana we don't have bus tickets. If you want to travel by bus you have to buy (in kiosk or in ticket machine) pre-paid "Urbana Card" (the price of the card itself is 2 EUR) and charge it as need. One fare costs 1.2 EUR and includes a 90 minute ride on any bus. After entering the bus you must touch the validating machine (located next to the driver) with the card; thus the fare is deducted from the credit on the card.
